Psychological care grounded in connection.
Therapy centred in curiosity, compassion, and shared understanding.
Working Together
My approach to therapy is relational and collaborative, with a focus on understanding each person’s individual experiences. I recognise that struggling is part of being human, and I aim to offer a space where we can make sense of areas where things may feel stuck, and consider how to move forward in a way that feels meaningful. Therapy brings together reflection and practical support, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches to support change that is steady and sustainable over time.
